I am posting this review on behalf of my mom who had solar panels installed on Monday 2/13/23. Team Six was the group working on the installation and they did an amazing job - hanging in tight even when the weather got (momentarily) sketchy, matching the exterior paint colors to blend things seamlessly, and cleaning up everything afterwards. My mom was impressed with the streamlined and efficient way in which they worked, and with the friendly demeanor they used when they interacted with her. Their service was high quality and they are an asset to this company. Thank you!

They stayed in contact while coming to work at my house and also did an amazing job in my backyard. They dug a trench and laid pipe for cable to be run in it, then did an amazing job cleaning after completion. Very nice and polite gentleman.

They installed our solar panels and system quickly, communicating at each step of the process. When they ran short on supplies they indicated that they would return the next day after a regularly scheduled job to finish. They showed up the next afternoon and finished including painting the installed conduit to match the house. They left the site of the work spotless and communicated exactly what the next steps were with the city and power company. Excellent work!

My experience with iQ Energy has been great. I researched about 15 solar energy providers, got quotes from 8 of them and went with iQ Energy (second lowest price; best value in my opinion). Melonie did a great job working with me to get the right size system designed. iQ Energy handled all the permitting with APS, the City of Surprise and my HOA, which went very smoothly. Installation was done promptly and the system has been operating as Planned and expected since we turned it on in June 2022. A couple of months ago pigeons started building a nest under the panels. It took a few calls and emails to finally get hold of customer service but once I did they sent out a crew to install bird netting (at no cost to me) a week later and they did a great job. I’m very happy I went with iQ Energy.

Both Duncan & the team worked on my project & they presented professional job attitudes & work performance. I feel they showed respect & concern for my property & my inconvenience while they cut through my driveway, trenched, laid piping, & filled the dirt back in ( including) putting the gravel back on top. Poured the concrete following the preexisting divider lines. They did a great job of cleaning up my property & after they left, the only evidence that they had been here is the fresh concrete. I'm very happy with my choice of picking iQ Energy. I'd also like to say the crew that did my installation, also showed professionalism & again they left no trace of being here except I now have solar panels on my roof & an electrical box on the wall. My experience with iQ Energy has been all positive.

iQ Energy has been amazing to work with. I had another company I had started with and everything was dragging on and not getting done and I had no communication. I canceled with them and worked with Melonie at iQ Energy and everything was in motion within days. Keep in mind I had them get me a new roof before the solar and they made it happen so quickly! And they took care of everything with my HOA. That's on top of everything else that typically comes with installing solar. My solar is being installed on Monday and everything else has already been completed. Melonie and Dennis have been my points of contact and their communication is amazing. I'm always getting updates and if I ever have questions or concerns they are available or calling me back within minutes (literally, no exaggeration). This is also the second home I've put solar on so I have past experience with this and these guys far exceed every expectation in every step along the way. Melonie displayed professional customer service, dressed appropriately, and was well versed in our area's residential demographics. We are leasing our house and cannot build on improvements. He broke down every aspect of the process, showed me what equipment was going to be used, and broke down the 25 year warranties in a way I could fully understand them. I like how all the work is done in-house. Then when I was time to break down the tax credit he did so in a very informative way that I could understand. Once he showed me the numbers he was not pushy at all and actually was okay letting me think about it for a few days but because of how he handled that, I decided to proceed at that time. Kept us up to date on every process and timeline when things were going to happen and what was going to happen. We dealt with 5 companies and they were heads above anybody else in customer service. I am very skeptical of the door-to-door Solar companies. Usually young, party-line sales pitchers, and poor information follow through sales people. They don't get that this very expensive purchase is not a quick decision process, nor should it be. Not so with iQ Energy, we first met, he only asked for an appointment to introduce the product and company. Towards the end of that meeting he went on his way, agreeing to return with answers to my questions and company background. Only after a few more informational meetings, I called him to finalize the deal. My terms, not his. But his good natured followup.
He even made a personal visit to drop by the first incentive check in prior to any installation.
I don't relish providing personal recommendations, but I do highly recommend iQ Energy and the team.

iQ Energy and some other companies designed and submitted solar systems for my house here but Melonie was the only person that actually called me, and she called during the times I said I was available. I talked to her here then I talked to a guy my dad used to get solar on his house. The guy came out to my fiance and I's house and quoted us like a $50k system, we said thanks for coming out but we are still looking at other companies. Melonie came out to our house in Buckeye and was great. She answered all of our questions and we were really impressed with what she had to say. No pressure, unlike the other guy.
Working with iQ Energy has been really easy. Getting approval from HOA and the city of Buckeye was frustrating because it took forever. About a month after we signed the paperwork we had solar on our roof. Buckeye finally gave their ok and we are waiting for APS to give their ok and put the meter on. I might give an update when my solar is actually turned on. But so far I would recommend iQ Energy to everybody.
APS was at my door installing the meter last Saturday. Been producing 50-55 kWh a day. Only thing I wish I had installed was the consumption meter so I can see how much solar I am actually using and exporting to APS.

We had been considering solar panels for over a year. We heard a lot of sales pitches from different companies but something about iQ Energy was different. Their products, customer service, warranty, and their reputation spoke to us. In the end of the day it came down to the numbers and they were the best ones we heard in over a year. From beginning to end, our experience with iQ Energy has been fantastic. Our sales rep, Melonie Romero, was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the whole process, and will still answer questions I might have even though our project has been done for a few months now. Being in an older neighborhood, we ran into a few issues with our electric company approving our system. Melonie and the team worked tirelessly on our project, and after the electric company didn't really want to budge, iQ Energy gave us a new proposal and were more than accommodating with this new system. We had a small hiccup with the install where our power had to stay off overnight, and iQ Energy made arrangements for my family to stay at a hotel overnight. Now that our system is up and running, we are very happy with the results. It's worth every penny! I really can't say enough great words about how this company operates and treats its customers. I will recommend them to anyone looking for solar!

I don’t normally answer my door for sales reps .. of any kind, but am I so glad I did this time!! I was skeptical, I have had previous companies try to sell me on solar but the leasing, agreements and lack of benefits just did not make sense. until now!
To be completely transparent.. I have to give all the credit to the Consultant that I opened the door for .. Melonie. The initial meeting was quick and painless, she took my information and simply asked to see my electric bill and follow up with everything he could do for me. She came back a short time later and explained the program and all the HUGE benefits solar could give me! The buy back, tax incentives and increase to home equity were just a bonus to the program itself! Melonie explained everything in language I understood and how it could help me and the monthly struggle with my electric bill. Living in AZ and appreciating a cool home in the summer was costing me a fortune until now!
